After developing a phone mounting solution for regular Lambrettas, Sticky turned his attentions to the Casa Performance brake. This the master cylinder uses totally different mounting screws. The simplest and strongest solution has been to use use a couple of 3D printed parts and a genuine Quad Lock knuckle adapter. This knuckle allows you to angle the phone to your taste. I've used it at speed and it is very secure and stable.

Not all of the CasaDisc switch housings are the same. The early cast type use exposed Allen screws, while the later CNC machined type has recessed Allen screws. This kit has been developed as a single solution to cover both variations.

The Kit contains:

Genuine Quad Lock angled Knuckle adaptor

You swap their supplied M5 countersunk screw for the longer M6 one in the kit.

3D-printed solid ABS anti-rotation adapter and positioning star

This has a flat edge intended to sit against the switch housing and allow you to position the knuckle to taste.

3D-printed solid ABS spacer tube

You only use this on the later CNC-type switch housings to fill the screw head recess.

Anti-vibration mount

Vital if you don’t want engine vibrations to shake your phone to pieces.

Twist-lock mechanism with release lever

The device attaches at any 45-degree position and locks in any 90-degree position.

Self-adhesive adaptor plate

Sticks directly to a clean flat surface of a phone or Sat-Nav using super-strong 3M adhesive. I've had one of these mounted to my phone for over a year and regularly used it on the scooter at speed.

Fasteners and Allen Keys

A single stainless M6 screw attaches the knuckle to the master cylinder clamp. Allen keys are provided in the kit.

Possible Upgrades

While the supplied self-adhesive adaptor is very reliable, we highly recommend using a dedicated Quad-Lock case for your specific phone. These well-made cases provide an added layer of protection to any phone and are moulded to mount straight onto this kit.

If you intend to use your phone in the wet then you can also get a water-resistant rain cover from Quad-Lock to keep out the worst of the weather.

For high-end phones with wireless charging, Quad-Lock also supply a wireless charging adaptor for machines running 12V DC.
