Theres plenty of ways to fit and remove a bearing, it's the same with a rear hub bearing.

On a good casing if warmed enough a bearing will drop or knock out and again if warm enough a bearing will drop in or with a little help from a well designed drift like code MBD66.

But after years of rebuilding engines and repairing casings - occasionally you need a bit more than heat and a drift as the rear hub area is weak and can be broken or a bearing can be fitted to one side damaging the casing.

This bearing tool is the perfect answer to avoiding problems on any rebuild.

Fit one way and the tool easily pushes out the bearing and theres no need to remove the 4 studs.

Turn the sleeves around and the bearing can be safely pulled into the casing.

A must for anyone building engines.

Alway use a bit of heat to help stuborn ones.
