Casa Performance PERFECT FITTING high quality rubber inlet manifold for Dell'Orto 39mm carburettors. 

We were tired of having to use other rubber inlet rubbers and having to work around their defects. Until now we have had to use rubbers that had the rubber sealing / retaining rings in the wrong places as there was no purpose made rubber for the Dell'Orto 39mm carbs that we use on a lot of tuned scooters we build, including our SSR265 Scuderia motors.

We have designed and manufactured these rubbers so that they are PERFECT in fitment, quality and design. The rings are in the correct positions and put simply, your carb will now sit correctly on both the inlet manifold and within the rubber itself. The Casa Performance rubber is physically 8mm shorter than other manufacturers equivalent rubbers and coupled with these correct seating positions, your carb will now sit about 1cm closer to your engine. This will allow you to produce slightly more power and you’ll now have unprecedented clearance between the carb and the inside of the scooters sidepanel.

The correct positioning of the rings is highlighted by the fact that once the carb is pushed into the rubber, it’s REALLY hard to (re)move…even without jubilee clamps! The quality of the rubber is amazing and they are Italian made. You will not find better, guaranteed.
