We have been perfecting our range of plug n’ play ‘ready to use’ engines and as the BGM225 kit is a best seller, we have now added an engine to the range with this top-end. Some of our own shop scooters use BGM225 kits on CasaCase engines casings fitted with 62mm cranks and the latest Batch 9 full-width Cyclone 5 Pro gearboxes. These scooters are all proper grunt-monsters and heaps of fun to ride, so that is the exact formula we have used here.
The engine comes complete, ready to fit and has all the latest products from the Casa Performance range, including the latest version BGM225 kit, BGM Big Box V4 (with all the small parts, clamps, brackets and U-bend chromed), Cyclone 5 Pro gearbox, Casatronic ignition, CNC flywheel cowling, 30mm Dell’Orto carb, OTT top chain guide, complete reinforced Octopus rear hub kit (not visible in the pics) with multi-spline layshaft, CasaCover engine sidecasing and if you want, there is also the option of having the casings and sidecasing mirror-polished (by none other than Johnny Walklate).
This set-up puts out a good, useable spread of power with superb fuel economy, making it perfect for fast touring.
