The engine turns free and it’s complete with carb, kickstart, rear hub and exhaust, all fasteners still on. No headlight and rear light unit but all the missing bits are easy to find and they are available on our website. The engine has been totally rebuilt with mostly original Innocenti spares or Casa Lambretta ones. We left the original 6V point ignition, new cables and flywheel remagnetized, new Ceab coil back on. It starts at first kick ! We’ve tried to leave as much as possible to guarantee the originality at its best. All the badges, the Carello headlight unit, the Gabor light switch and all the key sets are all genuine as per Innocenti spec. New brakes and tyres and it’s ready to go.
Not many miles have been ridden since the fully rebuilt the engine is still running in. A real rarity and not many left round also to be considered that this is the Special125 Biancospino chosen by Vittorio Tessera on his book ‘Lambretta the illustrated guide to the identification’ to show the difference with the standard Special125.
