A 1950s racing-style Lambretta, custom-converted in the 1960s. The base model is a 1954 125D that underwent several modifications to achieve the new look that was in vogue among the most sport-oriented Lambretta enthusiasts of the era.

Innocenti itself and its dealers were often behind transformations of this kind, built to take part in city-circuit races or in more important official events organised by the Lambretta Club d'Italia and others, such as the Motogiro or the legendary Milano-Taranto.

Finished in a bold electric blue, with 150cc cylinder, standard head and Dell'Orto MA18 B3 carburettor. The Teleflex gear system has been replaced with the dual-cable transmission typical of the later D-LD Lambrettas. Torsion bar adjusted, new end-stop buffer fitted.

The engine has been rebuilt with new bearings and Viton oil seals, new crankshaft, cylinder rebored and new clutch. Original Filso points ignition retained, with 6V system and external H/T coil — a period modification commonly carried out at the time.

The front headlight, taken from an Aprilia motorcycle, has been welded to the frame to provide greater illumination. The 10" wheel rims (instead of the original 8") are hand-crafted period pieces, fitted with 3.00-10 tyres. Giuliari sports saddle adapted to the original mounting brackets.

Several very rare period-original accessories are present, including the central quick-release spare wheel holder by Super, a steering lock system with keys, and a rear shock absorber with bracket mount. Original Silentium sports exhaust is fitted.

The scooter is in running condition and comes with its original number plate and logbook. Unfortunately deregistered, but easily re-registered through ASI and the Italian Historic Register.
