This is a complete MB Shorty Reed valve assembly kit to suit 200cc Oval ported cylinders.

This reed block assembly comes with the excellent Derbi 6 petal reed valve and the new MB short flange mounting rubber, giving a better carb position and clearance from panels.

Cast reed manifold, with long screw, stud, gaskets, nut, washers, SPARE MB carbon reed petals

TIP - Silicone seal the rubber in place

Cylinders need reed valve tuning and a boost port adding to the cylinder. The piston needs modiying for reed for 360 degrees timing and the manifold needs matching to the cylinder inlet port. Some fins need removing for this reed assembly to fit.

This is not a straight fit to a standard cylinder, of course MB can tune and do the work for you, if required.
