Front Sprocket Sleeve Holding Tool X176c
With our improved design of front sprocket assembly used on every CasaCase (X176A) and available for Innocenti type engines (X176) the sleeve attaches to the crankshaft with a short high-tensile Allen screw BEFORE you fit the sprocket.
With our laser-cut X176C tool it is possible with our dedicated tool to hold the crankshaft and sleeve in position to tighten the M8 screw to the 43-45 Nm (31 - 33 lbs-ft) and use weak Loctite to retain it.
With this design the M8 screw only holds the sleeve to the crank. The force of compressing the cush drive assembly against the force produced by a powerful engine is now contained by a much stronger M18 threaded cap.
