Casa Performance CNC 34-39mm inlet manifold kit for SS200 + SS225 + SSR250 + SSR265 + SST265

THE NEW CNC INLET MANIFOLD FROM CASA PERFORMANCE FOR 34mm - 39mm CARBS!

We have completely designed this new inlet manifold, to gain better internal flow, and also to lower it slightly to give better frame clearance. The results have been SUPERB to say the least,  with both extra power and torque right across the entire rev-range, as can be seen in the graph where we ran an SSR265 Scuderia engine with the normal supplied manifold and then swopped that for this new manifold. 

After running tests we were able to come up with the new design that you see here. An ‘O’ ring has been added on the underside and the manifolds are now CNC machined, rather than cast. An internal stuffer has also been added in CNC aluminium. This is a plug ‘n’ play inlet kit suitable for all SS200, SS225, SS250, SSR250, SSR265 Scuderia, SST265 Touring.

The manifold kit will includes:
1  x  CNC inlet manifold 
1  x  Aluminium CNC stuffer
1  x  ‘O’ ring
4  x  fixing screws

The measurement at the opening of the manifold = 39mm. Although designed specifically for Dell'Orto carbs this manifold is suitable for most carbs from 34mm - 39mm.

As an optional extra, you can add your required 34mm (CDC) or 39mm (Casa Performance) inlet rubber!
