Details ;  This is actually one of Deans’ own personal scooters which he has now decided to sell. It was bought a few years ago brand spanking new and was one of the two Lamby’s bought in from India by central European Lambretta importer, ‘Jaissons’ from Switzerland. The scooter was completely checked over prior to use and whilst it ran okay it was so, so painfully slow. That was cured with a complete engine overhaul bringing it all up to Italian TV175cc spec. along with the fitment of teflon lined control cables, European tyres & tubes and all Italian switches. Only the very best parts were used for the rebuild (most listed above) and the end result is a scooter that runs superbly, is ultra reliable and is REALLY comfortable. ALL the original parts removed from the scooter were carefully boxed up & kept so these will be supplied with the scooter. The paintwork is original as it came from the factory and is in good overall condition, right down to the running in sticker.  

Very few Lamby Polo’s were imported into Europe in the mid 1980’s and whilst we’re not talking TV200’s here, this can be considered a rare scooter no two ways about it. The style of the scooter is an acquired taste and - dare I say this – it’s quite a neat looking machine. One thing is for sure : this scooter turns heads at rallies like nothing else. What is really surprising is that with the current tidal wave of shit box Indian imports into the UK being offered by all and sundry, I can’t recall seeing anyone ever advertising a Polo for sale! If you’re into collecting Lambrettas and want something a little different, this is it.  

The scooter comes with UK documents and a current UK MOT certificate.
