Workshop
At 'Rimini Lambretta Centre',
we have a large designated workshop area that is fully equipped with all
the tooling necessary to turn that old rusty Lambretta into a better-than-new
show winning scooter.
Apart from normal tooling,
we have literally hundreds of original Innocenti specialised tools, such
as pullers, compressors, extractors and drifts. We also offer a flywheel
re-magnetising service - again utilising original factory supplied equipment.
Within the workshop area,
there are four separate tables for lifting scooters up to working height,
three fully equipped workbenches, an engine de-greasing unit, ample internal
scooter parking and a fully enclosed polishing and finishing room.
Apart from being to able
to offer the normal in-house mechanical / polishing / welding services
we have access to specialist fabricators who have the capacity to produce
ANYTHING - in any material from aluminium through to stainless steel. For
example, the company that does our specialist welding also does the aluminium
welding on the 'Ducati' Grand Prix bike frames. Rimini Lambretta Centre
also has the contacts to offer the following services; show chroming, custom
& classic paintwork, zinc plating, plastic / powder coating, sand and
bead blasting, frame straightening, acid dipping and any one-off metal
fabrication.
