RLC / DRT gear cluster for J50 and Lui models
This is the latest item produced by Denis @ DRT in conjunction with us. Until now, it has been impossible to get the gearing right on Lui and J50 scooters that have been tuned or fitted with the Casa 75cc conversion kit. 1st and 3rd gears were always short, with an abyss of space between the gears themselves. All this has now changed as this superb gear cluster resolves all the problems. It gives bang-on ratios and makes riding a real pleasure. The amazing thing is that is used in conjunction with the 3 original loose gear cogs!!! DRT Denis has done a sterling job and this little gem really is a work of art.

RLC / DRT 'Cyclone' 5 Speed gearbox
Nearly there....
As most of you will have seen or read about on the shops Facebook page recently, we're in the final stages of testing the new RLC / DRT 'Cyclone' 5 Speed gearbox. It really is amazing and all testing has gone well so far. DRT Denis really is a genius, no question. What we have here is a 5 speed gearbox that will be suitable for just about any Lambretta Series 1 2 or 3. Also, the Rimini Lambretta Centre 'Youtube' page has been set up. 'Casa' spares update No. 1
Steps in the right direction.....
Following on from what we wrote about recently, Vittorio has let us get on with the modifications working closely with Trezzi Dante, who makes all the 'Casa' seats and exhausts. Now all dual seat covers come without the central clips ready fitted (these are still supplied in a packet if you so desire to fit them) so when you go to make holes for the seat strap, you know they're going to line up. Also, the GP seat covers are now based on Giuliari seat covers and have the rear clips in the correct positions. Last but not least, we're currently testing a new large bore exhaust for J50 models that have been fitted with the 'Casa' 75cc conversion! This exhaust is a halfway house between the standard J50 and J125 exhausts in size and works brilliantly. This week it'll be off to Dante's, to go into production. RLC is working to ensure YOUR 'Casa' spares fit, look and work well.
